C-Mac says Aaron Rodgers VP story is not happening: 'Can we stop this?'

Amid reports by the New York Times that Aaron Rodgers is being considered as Robert Kennedy Jr.’s running mate for a presidential campaign, C-Mac says Jets fans need to relax and realize that it is not going to happen.

“Aaron Rodgers is not running for vice president of the United States. Can we stop this?” C-Mac said. “I’m not even entertaining it. This is madness…the man is quarterback of the New York Jets. Stop worrying about it. It’s dumb. He is not running for president of the United States with Robert Kennedy Jr.

“It’s not something he has in him to immediately dismiss…he likes the idea of hearing it and talking about it. He wants to see who is gonna say what about him. That’s who he is…we know that. But when it comes down to it, there is no way he is going to leave the Jets to go on the campaign trail of a dead presidential campaign run. It’s not gonna happen.”

C-Mac is more than confident in declaring that the wild story involving Rodgers as a potential vice president is a whole bunch of nothing.

“This is the craziest, stupidest thing I’ve ever heard,” C-Mac.
