The Jets have made their big splash for Aaron Rodgers, and Tiki Barber says it’s a bigger splash for an all-in team that has ever been seen in the NFL.
“This is truly one of the greatest, and I think the greatest, all-in move that we've seen in a long time, and I get Joe Douglas credit here, because the only way he's able to do this is because of free agency and the draft from the last two years,” Tiki said.
“This Aaron Rodgers acquisition is the greatest, biggest, all-in move in the history of the NFL.”
With the Jets boasting plenty of young talent, to be able to complement that with a four-time MVP winner and a future Hall of Famer at quarterback is the type of fully-committed move that is unparalleled in league history.
“If [Douglas] didn't have these previous wins with Garrett Wilson and all these guys they brought in at free agency and in the draft, this would, I'd say this is doomed to fail,” Tiki said.
“This feels all in, in a great way.”
