Jeff McNeil was all hustle on Wednesday afternoon, running full speed to chase down a sinking fly ball and make a spectacular sliding catch while the Mets were losing 9-1.
McNeil made the grab, crashed into the wall and laid on his back for several moments after securing the out, and eventually rose to his feet to a nice ovation from the San Francisco crowd.

But when it was his next turn to bat, it was Travis Jankowski in the box, as Mets fans were left to await word on a potential McNeil injury.
McNeil seems to have returned to his All-Star ways so far this season, batting .323 with 13 doubles.
