Once the No. 1 pick was selected (that would be Louisville catcher Henry Davis), and Jack Leiter went No. 2 overall, the story of the first round of the MLB Draft became the drops; Marcelo Mayer, a potential No. 1 pick, fell to No. 4 to the Red Sox, while Kumar Rocker, a potential Top 3 pick as late as last month, dropped all the way to No. 10 to the Mets.
