The model who has appeared in Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issues filed for divorce over "irreconcilable differences," TMZ reported on Tuesday.

The couple, who married in 2015, separated last Sunday, according to court documents filed in Los Angeles this week.

Rhoda, 35, and Avery, 42, are co-parents of a 2-year-old boy. Rhoda requested physical custody but wanted to split legal custody with her ex.

Court records also show the couple has a prenup.

Avery, who played 13 seasons in the league, including 2 stints with the Rangers, had just written a tribute on Instagram for Rhoda's birthday in April.

"Happy Birthday to the most beautiful woman in the world who continues to evolve as a creative and, more importantly, an incredible mother," he said.
