The Empire State Building had a fitting tribute for Aaron Judge after his historic 62nd home run on Tuesday night.
The skyscraper lit up and sparkled in Yankee pinstripes for exactly 62 seconds after the milestone was reached, one tick for every time Judge went deep in his memorable 2022 campaign.
The Empire State Building had a similar tribute after Judge’s 61st, but anyone driving past the City on Tuesday night at around 8:08 p.m. saw all they needed to know that Judge had finally surpassed Roger Maris, on the penultimate day of the regular season.
