Another day, another rainout.
The Yankees announced Saturday morning that for the second day in a row, their game against the Rangers has been rescheduled due to rain, and will now be played on Monday at 1:05 p.m. in the Bronx.
The three-game set, originally scheduled to begin on Friday, will now start with a single-admission doubleheader on Sunday, beginning at 1:35 p.m., and will conclude on Monday, which was a scheduled off day for both teams.
The Yanks will now have three days off in a row, as Thursday was a scheduled off day after their series with the Blue Jays, but things will pick up in a hurry, as Sunday begins a stretch of 23 games over the next 22 days, with no days off until May 30.
