The 23-year-old had a stellar second season in the NFL with the Ravens, throwing for 3,127 yards on 265-of-401 passing (66.1%) for a league-leading 36 touchdowns to just six interceptions in 15 games. Jackson also rushed for an NFL single-season record 1,206 yards this season to go along with seven touchdowns on the group. His 13-2 record as a starter this season also helped lead the Ravens to an NFL best 14-2 record this season.

Unfortunately for the Ravens, their season was cut short in the AFC Divisional Round in a 28-12 loss to the Tennessee Titans.

Jackson ended up being voted as the unanimous MVP of the NFL this season, which has only happened one other time when New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady was named the unanimous MVP back in 2010.
