Orchard Park, N.Y. (WGR Sports Radio 550) - The Buffalo Bills have announced the promotion of four people within the team's scouting department.
The Bills will hold their mandatory minicamp next Tuesday through Thursday, their final offseason workouts before training camp begins in late July.
