It didn't take long for LeSean McCoy to find a new home.
 
The recently released running back has signed a one-year, $4 million deal with the Kansas City Chiefs. McCoy's new contract includes $3 million of guaranteed money. 

Former Bills' RB LeSean McCoy is reuniting with Chiefs HC Andy Reid, per source. McCoy getting a one-year, $4 million deal that includes $3 million guaranteed from the Chiefs.


— Adam Schefter (@AdamSchefter) September 1, 2019 Some reports had indicated that the Los Angeles Chargers were the other team pursuing the 31-year-old running back, but McCoy chose to reunite with his former head coach with the Philadelphia Eagles, Andy Reid. McCoy played under Reid for the first four seasons of his career in Philadelphia, where he rushed for 3,866 yards from 2009 to 2012, the second-most rushing yards under Reid, behind only Brian Westbrook.

The six-time pro-bowler was released by the Buffalo Bills on Saturday after spending four seasons with the club. Last season, he finished a career-worst 752 yards from scrimmage after topping 1,000 yards in the previous two seasons.
