Orchard Park (WGR550) - As the Buffalo Bills prepare to face the Super Bowl champion New England Patriots this Sunday at New Era Field, running back Devin Singletary and tight end Tyler Kroft did not participate in practice on Wednesday.

Singletary injured his hamstring against the New York Giants in Week 2, and missed last Sunday's win over the Cincinnati Bengals. Kroft injured his ankle last week at practice after just returning from foot surgery.

At his weekly Wednesday press conference, head coach Sean McDermott also announced that linebacker Corey Thompson will be out indefinitely after having ankle surgery, but added he doesn't think the linebacker will be out for the season and hasn't been placed on injured reserve.

While Thompson, Singletary and Kroft are out, cornerback Taron Johnson, who missed two games with a hamstring injury, and guard Jon Feliciano, who left Sunday's game with a neck injury, were both limited.

Wide receiver John Brown, offensive tackle Ty Nsekhe, linebacker Lorenzo Alexander, and defensive end Jerry Hughes all have veteran rest days.
