The Buffalo Bills announced on Tuesday that they've re-signed defensive end Eddie Yarbrough to a one-year contract. Yarbrough was an exclusive rights free agent, so the Bills had his rights, even though he wasn't under contract.

Yarbrough's deal brings him back for his third season with the Bills at age 25. In 31 games playing on the defensive line and special teams, he has 63 tackles and one sack. Yarbrough had three tackles and a tackle for loss in the 2018 Wild Card Round matchup with the Jacksonville Jaguars.

The draft could impact whether Yarbrough makes the team in 2019. With Jerry Hughes, Trent Murphy, and Shaq Lawson under contract, a selection of a young pass rusher would make for some competition at defensive end when training camp rolls around.
