As was reported last week, linebackers coach Bob Babich has announced his retirement and his son, Bobby, will shift from safeties coach to linebackers coach.

Jim Salgato, who had been the team's nickel coach, will now assume the role of safeties coach. John Butler remains as the defensive backs coach, but now adds the title of passing game coordinator on the defensive side of the football.

The new additions to the staff include Marcus West as assistant defensive line coach, Jaylon Finner and Kyle Shurmur - both defensive quality control coaches - and Cory Harkey as assistant special teams coach.
