Orchard Park, N.Y. (WGR 550) - The Buffalo Bills have released information to Season Ticket holders on Thursday regarding package pricing and more ahead of the upcoming 2024 season.
The Bills are increasing Season Ticket package prices by an average of 10% next season, though the per-game price will mostly remain flat for most seating areas.
Team representatives told WGR the increase in price is only impacted due to the package increasing from nine games in Orchard Park in 2023 to 10 games (eight regular season games and two preseason games) in 2024.
There continues to be an increased demand for Season Tickets due to the continued success of the Bills on the field.
Over the last two seasons, the Bills have seen the Season Ticket base remain well over 60,000, with 2023 being the organization's largest base to date at 63,767. The team expects that number to push 64,000 this upcoming season.
In addition, the Bills say benefits for Season Ticket Holders have not changed much, with some of those including significant savings off single game prices, a 2% rebate in Bills Bucks for concessions/merchandise, playoff ticket priority and more.
The Bills also saw a 97% renewal rate in 2023, and should have a good idea of the renewal rate for 2024 come this March.
Overall, the teams says pricing for Season Tickets still remains in the bottom-half of league-wide rankings.
In addition, the Bills will be updating Season Ticket holders on information relating to seating at the new Highmark Stadium currently under construction. across the street from the current facility along Abbott Road.
Members will have priority access to select seats in the new stadium, and will have access to comparable or better seats than their existing vantage points. Every Season Ticket member will have a dedicated new stadium representative to guide them through the transition to the new stadium, with those reps starting to reaching out to accounts holders beginning at the end of February.
With more than 15,000 season ticket accounts to reach out to over the course of this process, the Bills are asking Season Ticket members to be patient while they wait to be contacted.
Meanwhile, the team says their Bills Stadium Experience - the official preview center for the new Highmark Stadium - is on track to open in March. This will be an appointment-only venue for Season Ticket members that will provide an opportunity to take an interactive sneak peak of the new stadium.
Season Ticket members will be invited to this experience in waves, with club seat members being the first group to be invited. Remaining accounts will be invited based on current seat location and account seniority.
The Bills have also provided an update on new design nuggets for the stadium, which includes:
- 64% of fans will be covered by the roof canopy (compared to the approximately 10% of seats at the current facility);
- The last row on the West sideline is 54 feet closer to the field than the current stadium;
- A completely reimagined premium experience with an all-inclusive common suite space;
- Five distinct premium club options (compared to two at the current stadium) with varied locations, sight lines and amenities.
