Buffalo Bills rookie offensive tackle Spencer Brown missed his second-consecutive day of practice on Thursday with a back injury.
Brown has started the last three games at right tackle. Daryl Williams, who had started the team's first three games at the spot, moved inside to right guard.
If Brown can't play Sunday against the Miami Dolphins at Highmark Stadium, the team could elect to move Williams back outside with either Ike Boettger or Cody Ford being inserted at guard. Ford and Ryan Bates also have experience at tackle.

Rookie Tommy Doyle is also a backup tackle, but has been inactive for all but one game this season and logged only nine snaps in the one game he was active against the Houston Texans.
Rookie defensive end Carlos "Boogie" Basham also missed Thursday's practice with an illness and defensive tackle Justin Zimmer was limited for the second-straight day with a foot injury.
Tight end Dawson Knox, who injured his had in the Bills' 34-31 loss to the Tennessee Titans on "Monday Night Football" in the team's last game, has already been ruled out of Sunday's game by head coach Sean McDermott.
