DALLAS (105.3 The Fan) - The Cowboys have not ruled out making a run at safety Earl Thomas, according to owner Jerry Jones' comments Tuesday morning on 105.3 The Fan.
But what do some of his players think about bringing Thomas in? Cowboys star running back Ezekiel Elliott took his turn at addressing the potential addition of the seven-time Pro Bowler during his conversation with Shan and RJ Tuesday.
"I like Earl Thomas. I like him a lot. And he's a vet. You can never have too many vets. I would be open to having him, but I like the guys we got also."
Elliott also said he would do anything he could this season to win a championship, even if it mean splitting carries with backup running back Tony Pollard.
