To watch Steph Curry play at Madison Square Garden is usually a hot ticket in itself. Add the fact that he’s virtually guaranteed to break Ray Allen’s all-time NBA 3-point record Tuesday night? You’ll need some serious cheddar to see Chef Curry make history.

According to radio host Arash Markazi, tickets are selling for a minimum of $565, which are the highest ever for a Knicks game, per Tick Pick.

Curry is one 3-pointer shy of tying Allen’s career mark of 2,973 made 3-pointers that he set throughout his Hall of Fame career from 1996-2014. While it took Allen 1,300 regular-season games to achieve the feat, Tuesday night will mark the 789th game of Curry’s career.

Allen recently said he’d be in the building “by hook or by crook” to see Curry break his record, so there is potential for an all-time great moment to happen if they pause the game. Steph and the Warriors have been electrifying road crowds all season, as he’s putting together another MVP-caliber season and Golden State is atop the NBA standings with its 22-5 record. The Warriors are the greatest show in basketball and they’re heading to the Garden. It should be quite the evening at the Mecca of hoops.

"Every time Steph gets the ball, home or on the road, there's an anticipation in the crowd, there's a sense that he's going to do something special,” Warriors coach Steve Kerr said after Monday’s win at Indiana. “As soon as he lets the shot fly, feels like everybody's standing up and anticipating what's about to happen. We're lucky to be part of this and observe it every night as he puts on an amazing show."

Steph has put on a show in front of the crowd at the Garden before -- highlighted by his 54-point outburst in 2013, when he drained 11 3-pointers and in something of a breakout game for his career on basketball's biggest stage.

Pressure has been mounting on Steph over the past week since he has moved into striking distance over the past three games. Warriors coach Steve Kerr said Curry has “been trying a little bit too hard” and forcing shots as he approaches Allen’s mark and Draymond Green said he’ll be “happy as hell” when the record is broken.

Adding another wrinkle to the mix -- the Warriors dealt with plane issues in Indiana Monday night and didn't arrive in New York until Tuesday afternoon. At long last, it should all be over Tuesday night. And you’ll need a pretty penny to see it in person.
