UFC 264 has booked it’s main event! Conor McGregor and Dustin Poirier will meet for the third time on July 10th in Las Vegas, Nevada.
UFC’s President Dana White announced the fight on Wednesday morning.
This fight comes after Poirier knocked out McGregor in the second round of their rematch back on January 23rd at UFC 257.
William Hill posted an early line for the summer showdown.
The two had initially fought in 2014 at UFC 178, a first round knockout victory for ‘Notorious’, so this will serve as the grudge match between the two.
McGregor has only fought twice since the fall of 2018, but remains arguably the biggest draw in the UFC.
The winner of this fight will likely be slated to face the winner of Michael Chandler and Charles Oliveria, who are fighting for the vacant lightweight title at UFC 262 on May 15th.
