A vehicle spotted in a lake at Lackawanna State Park over the weekend may have ties to a robbery that took place over a decade ago. The box truck was spotted at the bottom of the Lake by a fisherman on a Garmin fish tracking device. It may have been involved in a a Scott Township robbery of an ATM. Officials say the ATM was tossed off a bridge at the Lackawanna State Park not far from the area of the submerged truck. No one has been arrested in that decades old heist.
