We now know it was a man that was killed and two women taken for treatment after shots were fired in one part of Wilkes Barre. It happened just after midnight in an area on West North Street near the Luzerne County Courthouse. Police and Luzerne County Detectives along with members of the PA State Police have been on the scene.
