Pennsylvania's Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar says it appears that an election worker's decision to throw out nine military ballots in Luzerne County amounted to a mistake and not "intentional fraud." She also added  that the elections office in Luzerne County is getting training on handling mailed-in ballots. She says the initial reports she has fielded indicate it was a bad mistake. Yesterday a protest was held outside Penn Place in Wilkes Barre which houses the Luzerne County Election bureau. Those attending expressed outrage at the incident and are demanding better oversight.

Meanwhile, the meeting of the Luzerne County Board of Elections has been postponed once again. and again it's because of the legal ad informing the public about the meeting. It was postponed from Wednesday when there was no mention of it being held virtually this time due to errors in the ad. Now the new meeting is set for Monday at 4:30pm
