In order to curb illegal ATV use, Dunmore council voted last evening to not allow the vehicles to gas up at borough gas stations unless the vehicle is brought in on a trailer. Violations could mean fines and jail time. Station owners must also take part in not allowing them to fuel up as well. A similar ATV ordinance is also being considered by Scranton city council. Scranton Council will also be discussing a crackdown on using fireworks in the city as well.
