The Pennsylvania Department of Health warns that the flu is widespread in the state right now with more than 72-thousand cases statewide. In our region , the greatest number of cases have been reported in Luzerne, Schuylkill, Monroe and Lackawanna Counties. Officials say Its still not too late to get a flu shot. The season is expected to last until May
