Luzerne County Council's Legislative Committee heard from numerous residents..they want it gone, when they met to talk about the stormwater fee at Best Western Plus Genetti Hotel and Conference Center on Market St in Wilkes Barre last evening. County officials once again stressed they still don't know if they can possibly challenge the federal pollution reduction mandate and the fee that comes with it to residents.Local legislators were on hand and another meeting on the topic next month is expected to include federal legislators.
