Police say a Luzerne County woman was killed this morning when her vehicle ran into the back of a Dallas Area Municipal Authority dump truck46-year old Heather Stoss of Dallas died in the crash on Gypsy Lane at Wyoming Road just before 10:30.
Investigators say the truck was pulled over to the side of the road with its lights flashing at the time of the accident.
An autopsy is pending to determine whether a medical issue could have played a role in the fatal Luzerne County crash.
