The vote was unanimous by the members of the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education yesterday. That started the process of combining three state universities. Bloomsburg, Lock Haven and Mansfield are one of two groups that if given approval, would combine in the state. By the spring of next year the board could have a plan presented to them and that would open 60 days of public comment. It's possible by fall of 2022 the integrated university would be accepting students.
