51 medical facilities across the state including several in NEPA will receive remdesivir. They include Lehigh Valley Hazleton, Geisinger Wyoming Valley in Plains Township and Wilkes Barre General along with Geisinger community Medical Center and Regional Hospital of Scranton. The antiviral drug is being used to treat COVID 19 patients.
