10/13/2020. Story updated at 3:00PM: Luzerne Borough Police say after consulting with the District Attorney, the decision has been that no charges will be filed against a man from Swoyersville in connection with a flier containing anti-Semitic messages left at the office of state Rep. Aaron Kaufer.
Surveillance footage showed the unidentified man putting the flier in the door over the weekend.
The messages compared Republicans to Nazis were hand written on the mailer sent by the Republican Party of Pennsylvania.
