A Wayne County man is facing charges he sold marijuana to high school students in exchange for a stolen handgun.20-year old Jack Eltman of Gouldsboro has been arrested on charges including drug delivery, solicitation of minors , receiving stolen property and corruption of minors.State police say that Eltman handed over a quarter-pound of marijuana to a group of students in exchange for a revolver stolen from a student’s step-grandfather.
