A West Pittston woman is facing charges she ran up nearly 20 thousand dollars in credit card debt in the name of her estranged husband. According to police, Jennifer Costello opened 4 credit card accounts in the name of her estranged husband Thomas last year. He did not know about the accounts, they became delinquent and by the time he discovered what happened his credit score was so damaged he lost his home. She is now charged with identity theft, theft by deception and forgery and was released on unsecured bail with a preliminary hearing next month.
