The 96th annual Solemn Novena to St Ann gets underway today at St Ann's Monastery and Basilica in West Scranton. With COVID-19 restrictions in place, only 130 people will be allowed inside. For those attending they may remain in their vehicles and listen on outdoor loudspeakers or via their radio. Services will also be on television on CTV and online and the Diocese of Scranton website and Facebook page.
