Naloxone Now Available At Airports

The state is making the overdose reversal drug Naloxone available to first responders and other personnel at airports across Pennsylvania.Including Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International. Dept. of Drug and Alcohol Programs Secretary Jennifer Smith said it joins first aid kits, defibrillators and other similar tools already on hand at public venues.Naloxone, which reverses the efforts of an opioid overdose will also be on hand at Philadelphia International, Pittsburgh International, Williamsport Regional, University Park, and Lancaster Airports.
