Charges have been filed in the shooting death of a 17 year old in Luzerne County. Officials say 18 year old Michael Crawn Jr. has been charged with involuntary manslaughter in the death of Hunter Sipple on September1st at a house on Minden Court. Police stated once on the scene they found Crawn Jr. sitting on the steps of the house, holding Sipple, in his arms. Crawn Jr. eventually admitted that he was fooling around with a gun when it discharged and hit Sipple, a search warrant states. The DA's office says the investigation remains ongoing.
