Three men from New York face charges after leading Scranton police on a chase. Police say 49 year old Ismael Feliciano tried to withdraw money from an account at the Davis Street Community Bank using a fake ID on Friday. He then got in a car with two other men identified by investigators as Mohamed Camara and Amadou Diallo. The three men from the Bronx took off when police tried to pull the car over. They each face charges of forgery, receiving stolen property, and related offenses in Lackawanna County.
