Six people are accused of poaching deer in Susquehanna County, the Pennsylvania Game Commission said today. According to reports three of the accused are adults. They are identified as 50 year old Timothy Arthur of Springville Twp., and 23- and 21-year-olds Christian and Allen Thomas, of Noxen Twp. The other three defendants are younger than 18-years-old and were not identified. The state Game Commission said they brought the charges in a Susquehanna County Court last month. A preliminary hearing is scheduled later this month.
