A 75 year old Wilkes Barre Township man has been arrested on child pornography charges. Thomas Midgley Jr was taken into custody after police searched his home finding a laptop containing child sexual abuse material. That happened after a months-long investigation which began back in May when Luzerne County detectives received a CyberTip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. He's now in the Luzerne County Correctional Facility.
