A second victim has died following Wednesday's house explosion in Lackawanna County. According to the Lehigh County Coroner's Office, 91 year old Leon Gruss died from burn injuries when a home along the 1000 block of Mount Cobb Road in Jefferson Township exploded and caught fire around 2 p.m. on Tuesday. The woman who died at the scene was identified as Diane Gruss, 75, by the Lackawanna County Coroner's Office. Both victims lived at the home. A State Police Fire Marshal is investigating yesterday's explosion
