An arrest made in Luzerne County shooting

A man has been arrested in connection to a shooting investigation at the Hanover Village Apartment Complex. Hanover Township Police Department say that Ivan Devon Jackson, was taken into custody on a warrant during a traffic stop. Authorities say Jackson fired several rounds at the complex on May 9th, striking an occupied structure and parked vehicles. Jackson is charged with aggravated assault, conspiracy, discharging a firearm into an occupied structure, reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct, and locked up without bail at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility.
