More details are being revealed about the armed Wilkes Barre teen found walking across the street from Scranton High School Wednesday. The Times-Tribune reports that police say the 16 year old Sihayr M.
Dickerson was dressed in all black including a black face covering. He allegedly at first admitted to only carrying a knife but police saw a bulge in his shirt and found a Colt M4 22 rifle with a loaded magazine and additional loose ammo in his possession. A 911 caller alerted authorities to the suspect.
