After receiving a charge of DUI back in March in Scranton, a bench warrant has now been issued for Kathleen Kane. A Montgomery County judge says the charge is a violation of her probation. The former State Attorney General was convicted of perjury and official oppression in 2016. A preliminary hearing on the March DUI charge is set for May 26.
