A unanimous vote at a meeting last night of the Carbondale Zoning Board last night rejected a proposal to build a drug and alcohol detox facility at the site of the former Sacred Heart High School in the city. The project developer of the 28 bed Resurrection Detox facility Attorney Larry Moran Jr now says the matter will go before a judge in Lackawanna County in January.
