Fire investigators have determined that careless smoking was that cause of a fire at an apartment building in Wilkes-Barre last week. More than 100 residents were forced from their homes at the B'nai B'rith Senior Apartments along East Northampton Street in the city. All residents have since returned to the apartment building after the fire in Wilkes-Barre.
