A Coroner's inquest in Luzerne County ruled a cold case a homicide. After a two day hearing the jury ruled the disappearance of 20 year old IIonka Cann, who went missing from her home in Huntington Twp. in 1970, a homicide. Last year, a Luzerne County judge ruled that she was dead as of 1977, even though her body has never been found. Her husband took the stand at the inquest where he pleaded the 5th. His attorney said it was necessary because he was told the husband is a suspect in her death.
