On Friday, at 9:30 a.m., the City of Scranton will test both flood sirens at Shawnee Avenue and Middle Street. The March test follows a successful February test of the Shawnee Avenue emergency siren and will confirm synchronization between the City’s alert system and the Lackawanna County Comm Center.
