The Luzerne County Board of Elections now plans to meet tomorrow and this time they are expected to vote to certify the results of the county's Nov. 8 general election. Yesterday was the state mandated deadline for county's across the state to certify their general election results. When the Board met yesterday they deadlocked 2 yes and 2 no and one Daniel Schramm abstained saying he had questions. Later in the day he said those questions were satisfied and he plans to vote to certify the results at the meeting tomorrow. It's set for 1pm at the Luzerne County Courthouse. Questions and concerns rose after a paper shortage caused some polling places to be open later and more provisional ballots being used.
