EPA officials served a federal search warrant for a waste and water management company in Lackawanna County. According to reports, officers searched the Environmental Services Corp., along North Keyser Avenue in Scranton, for potential violations of the Clean Water Act. Investigators could be seen coming in and out of the office area, but it's unclear what they were searching for or what led to the potential violation in Lackawanna County.
