The name of the victim of a fire early Sunday in one part of Wayne County has been released. He is identified as Michael Osborne of New Jersey. A neighbor heard an explosion at a home on Stalker Road in Manchester Township, not far from the New York state border Sunday morning. The 62 year old was found inside after crews put the fire out. An autopsy will be performed today. According to State Police the fire investigation continues but is not considered suspicious.
