A former police officer from Luzerne County will spend up to eight years behind bars on drug trafficking charges. Former Hanover Township Police Officer Kevin Davis, was sentenced last Thursday after investigators say his apartment was used to move fentanyl, crystal meth, and other drugs. Investigators say Davis rented the apartment in Wilkes-Barre solely to store drugs.
