A former church in Luzerne County is set to become a museum. According to reports, The Luzerne County Historical Society purchased the St Cecilia’s Church building in Exeter for $650,000 to help display everything they've collected since they were founded in 1858. Renovation plans are still in the early stages, but the hope is that the main part of the church will be a display room to make it interactive and the rec room in the back will be a community space and library. A timeline on when this new location will be up and running is unknown.
