A former Wilkes University student has pleaded guilty to child sex charges. 24 year old Rafael Santiago of Northampton county was in Luzerne County court today to admit guilt to multiple child sex related offenses. Dallas Township Police at first charged Santiago with having sexual relations with a 13 year old. A subsequent search of electronic devices led authorities to more victims in various areas of Northeast Pa. He’s facing up to 28 years in prison.
